Creative Design Builders, Inc. purchased this spacious elegant home on seven pristine acres. The site was subdivided into two parcels with the first parcel which included the home. The second parcel was engineered with two new site drawings. Deep test holes and perk tests were completed satisfactorily and rezoned as a separate building lot. The lot was sold to a client for further future development.  

Creative Design Builders purchased an undeveloped parcel of approximately three acres. A road had to be built and widened at the base of the site on a hill rising several hundred feet. The land was surveyed, engineered, soil tested and rezoned as an acceptable building lot. A 3000 square foot home with 2 car garage was build two years later.
