David Morenski/Owner

 

Bio: David Morenski is a native of Killingworth, CT. He graduated from the Porter & Chester Institute of Architectural Drafting & Design, Portland, CT- 1985. Creative Design Builders, Inc.'s began as a sole proprietorship with its owner, David Morenski, of Avon Colorado.  David returned to Connecticut after a six year hiatus and restarted his business here in Middlesex and New London Counties in 1999. He will continue to build high-end custom homes and provide clients with their expertise in new construction, additions, remodeling and repair.

Ed Cleary/Owner

 

Bio: Project Manager for Creative Design Builders, Inc for Residential Construction, remodeling and repair work since 2000.  Ed provides consulting client consultations, construction drawings, estimates and engineering as needed.
