With years of experience in CT and beyond, you may have already seen one of our buildings without even realizing it.

Below is a selection of projects we are particularly proud of. Of course, every project is important to us, but we want to provide you with a sampling of the boundless possibilities we can deliver.

This is a new construciton 3000 sq. ft.  home, modified Two Story Cape with Dormers and Two Car Garage at the basement level.  Four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large family room and kitchen/dinette with patio sliding door to all weather maintenance free deck. The formal dining room with a cathedral ceiling is enhanced with a rustic fireplace and mantle.   Lots of beautiful hardwood floors.

This is a typical timber framed barn with authentic mortis and tennon joinery.  Manufactured for Creative Design Builders by J L Bradley of Clinton, CT.  J L Bradley our subcontractor builds and errects the frame and Creative Design Builders finishes the installation ie windows, doors, siding, flooring and roofing.

The 1st floor of this home was badly under structured.  If left in this condition over time, the 1st floor would have ended up in the basement.  The restructuring was completely successful and included new windows in the basement's concrete walls.  Enclosed with new insulation, sheetrock, lighting and heating.  The client chose to do their own painting and flooring.
