Creative Design Builders was contacted by the owner that the project was haulted by the town building inspector and needed our assistance to get the project restarted.  The owner hired an unqualified builder who had neither license or insurance.  Thousands of dollars were paid out to this individual that decieved the home owner into believing that he was licensed and qualified. 

The existing 2 car garage was to be closed in and converted to new living space.  The garage doors and front wall were removed and rebuilt with a ledger board base of the wall resisting on the asphalt driveway.  The concrete foundation was not installed.  A routine inspection of the site by the town building inspector found the construction completely out of code and shut the job down.  Creative Design Builders came in and removed the wall which now included 2 Pella windows.  The front walls foundation was excavated and installed and the wall was completely rebuilt and reinstalled.  The project was back on track, the living space in the garage was completed, which included a hallway between the new living space and newly renovated kitchen.  The project was successfully completed and the home owners were very pleased.

Creative Design Builders completed the work left undone by the unqualified builder which now included interior renovation in the existing home.  The new work included an enclosed porch off of the living room, a new hallway between the new living space and the kitchen and an enlarged remodeled kitchen.
